The BCom Extended Programme provides you with the opportunity to pursue a career in commerce. It is designed to accommodate students who did not initially meet the minimum admission requirements of the EMS Faculty, but want to pursue a career in commerce.


NAS extended programme

The Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences offers an extended four-year curriculum programme that is designed to give students an alternative path to entering certain science-based programmes.


To BVSc & BVetNurse from BSc (Biological Sciences), BScAgric, etc

Are you passionate about the well-being of animals? If you’ve applied for a degree in Veterinary Science but were not admitted into the programme, the good news is that this doesn’t have to be the end of your dream. There are alternative routes available.


To Healthcare sciences programmes from BSc

If you’re interested in pursuing a career in the medical field but don’t qualify to study medicine or dentistry? Consider one of our other highly regarded healthcare programmes. #ChooseUP
